I have always had dreams of starting a business and after spending many years in the industry I believed I could give something back. I have a passion for the industry and I have a desire to provide a top-quality service to customers - a quality that is embedded in our company morals.

After gaining vast knowledge in all areas of our industry over the years I wanted to provide a bespoke service to give our customers turnkey solutions all from one source as well as providing the latest in cutting edge technology. My long-term vision is to keep building our business, carry on employing experienced personnel who are the very best in the industry (and who are the heartbeat of our company) and to keep providing an honest and trustworthy brand to our customers.

I've always been a kinaesthetic learner and the start of my business journey was exactly that - learn as I go.

 

Starting the business allowed me the freedom to draw from my experiences and create a business around all the positives I have had in my career.

 

My experience as a fire & security engineer taught me to keep things simple. Customers require a fast, proactive, office base to back up a high-quality installation team and experienced service engineers. Once we established this, we had the foundations to grow to where we are now and in the future.

 

I believe that driving an apprenticeship scheme - in which all senior members of the company have been built from - is essential to provide longevity to the company. As long as our ethos continues to be driven from the top down, we can really push the boundaries beyond just the fire and security industry.

After spending over 20 years in this industry, I made the decision to join RAW Fire and Security because I saw something different—integrity, innovation, and a clear commitment to doing things the right way.

 

I was drawn to RAW’s strong customer focus, its investment in its employees and its drive to stay ahead in an evolving industry. I wanted to be part of a team where my experience could make a real impact, not just on business growth but on raising standards and delivering real value to our customers every single day.

The culture of integrity and innovation inspired me to become more accountable and passionate about delivering real value. This experience has made me a better professional and a more engaged leader.
